Jordan Johnson dished out a UW-Milwaukee single game record 15 assists as the Panthers beat Illinois-Chicago 98-85 in the regular season finale for both teams Sunday.
J.J. Panoske led the Panthers with 20 points, while Matt Tiby and Austin Arians scored 19 each. The Panthers finished their regular season as the number five seed in the Horizon League. They'll face eighth seed Northern Kentucky Saturday at 1:30PM Central in Detroit in the opening round of the Horizon League Tournament. Milwaukee needs four wins in that tournament to clinch an automatic berth in the NCAA Tournament's field of 68.
