WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden will visit the Badger State ahead of the Nov. 3 election.
The Biden Harris campaign announced Biden will discuss "bringing Americans together to address the crisis facing the country and win the battle for the soul of the nation."
