It's Not The State Fair without The Funnel Cakes

They are a staple at any fair, really. And of course you can find them at the State Fair. Funnel cakes. \"3 B Concessions\" out of Burlington assisted me during the noon show on Monday.
It takes about 30 seconds and some hot oil to get the job done. Some might even say it's an art form. And you can't forget about the toppings. Powdered sugar, jelly. Whatever you prefer.
