Illinois man held on charges for conspiracy to commit sexual assault of a child

A 41 year-old Illinois man is being held on charges in Racine for arranging a meeting on social media to meet a child. 
On August 7, the Racine County Sheriff’s Office  Internet Crimes Against Children Investigators arrested Ross Adee, of Malta, Illinois on several felony offenses.   
Malta was arrested in Racine County where he thought he was going to have an encounter with a minor child.   The RASO investigators arranged the meeting through social media and made the arrest when Adee arrived at the designated location.    Adee is being held in the Racine County jail on $150,000 bond for Conspiracy to commit 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault-Sexual Contact with a Child under Age 13 and Conspiracy to commit 2nd Degree Child Sexual Assault-Sexual Contact with A Child under Age 16.
