I-94 West Traffic Switch Near Zoo Interchange Starts This Morning

As  part  of  the  Zoo  Interchange  Project,  a  major  traffic  switch  on  I-94  West,  between  84th  St. and  Hwy 100  is expected to start ahead of the morning commute.

With this traffic switch, the westbound 84th Street entrance ramp will only be accessible to I-41 North through late 2017.

To access I-94 West, drivers are encouraged to enter the freeway at 70th St, or take Bluemound Rd. to Moorland Rd. as a detour.

Drivers should also note that during this time, the decision point to travel to I-41 North along I-94 West will occur a 1/2 mile earlier.
