The I-43 Northbound ramp to and from Brown Deer Rd was closed for several hours due to an overturned semi.  The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Deputies were called to the scene at just before eight this morning along with North Shore Fire Department.  According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office the semi was traveling east on the Brown Deer road attempting to get on the freeway to go north.  The load inside of the semi likely shifted and the semi rolled over the median and ended on the exit ramp which runs right next to the entrance ramp to I-43 Northbound  The truck was carrying about 19 thousand pounds of what is believed to be hydraulic fluid, the driver was not hurt
