MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Dogs took over the Deer District for awhile Friday morning.
The Wisconsin Humane Society brought two adoptable dogs to the plaza outside Fiserv Forum to celebrate country music star Miranda Lambert's Fill the Little Red Wagon drive.
Anyone who donates pet supplies to the Humane Society will be entered to win two tickets to see Lambert's concert at Fiserv Forum on October 18.
The Humane Society says this time of year is critical for donations.
"Right now, we're in high need of dog food, cat food, dog treats, toys, cat litter," says Angela Speed with the Wisconsin Humane Society. "A lot of those go to our shelter animals and many of those items go to our pet food bank."
People can drop off items through October 4 to any of the five Wisconsin Humane Society locations.
