Human Trafficking Panel Discussion

Today a panel will discuss human trafficking in Milwaukee.

The event takes place at Mount Mary University at 2900 Menomonee River Parkway. The panel will detail the facts and challenges during a discussion and video presentation from 5 to 7 Tuesday night.

Chandra Cooper, the President of the group Grateful Girls (a local organization designed to support and educate young women), is on the panel.

In a 2013 Department Of Justice assessment, law enforcement in nearly every county in the state reported that human trafficking happens in their community.
