MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- While Halloween may be over, celebrations for Day of the Dead, or Día de los Muertos are only beginning.
Montse Ricossa from CBS 58's sister-station Telemundo Wisconsin joined the morning show on Tuesday, Nov. 1 to offer a tutorial on how to make your own ofrenda, or an offering.
As she explains, the celebration is not only popular in Latin America, but it is also widely celebrated throughout the United States.
There is much more to this holiday than the calaveras and catrinas, the skeletons that are widely used as decoration during Día de los Muertos, and Montse elaborates on how to fully embrace the purpose of the celebration.
