Holiday decorations to transform downtown Hartford ⭐

HARTFORD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The city of Hartford, split between Washington and Dodge Counties, is a small community with big plans. The community is getting ready to transform its riverwalk and central business district this holiday season with lights and decorations.
