Police search for driver after hit-and-run leaves man seriously injured

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 61-year-old man was seriously hurt after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Milwaukee's north side.
It happened near 11th and Atkinson around 10:15 p.m. Monday night.
Authorities say the man was walking across the street when he was hit by a silver vehicle, which took off from the scene.
The suspect car reportedly has significant windshield damage.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
