Hillary Clinton Speaks at Panel in Milwaukee

Hillary Clinton wrapped up her stop in the Milwaukee area.

She spoke at a community forum on gun violence.

It happened at Tabernacle Community Baptist Church on Medford Ave

Hillary spoke alongside a panel which included local Congresswoman Gwen Moore.

Secretary Clinton said she chose this location because it is in a zip code that has a gun problem.

She was greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

All of the pews inside the church were filled.

Also on the panel was Annette Nance-holt, whose child was shot to death in 2007, and the mother of Sandra bland, whose suicide inside a Texas jail cell sparked controversy last year.

Scheduled to be on the panel was Maria Hamilton, whose son dontre was shot and killed here by a police officer in Milwaukee in 2014. She couldn't be here because of personal circumstances, but Clinton spoke of how her son’s death has turned Maria into an advocate against gun violence and police brutality.
