High School Senior Accused of Taking Photos Up Girls' Skirts

A senior at Marin Luther High School in Greendale, Tucker Balisteri, was accused and charged of secretly taking photos up girls skirts in school.
Balisteri was convicted on Monday and sentenced to imprisonment of eight years: three years confinement and five years extended supervision.
Balisteri also had to provide a DNA sample and register and comply with the sex offender registry.
He may have no contact with persons under the age of 18 years without approval and may not posses electronic devices or access to pornographic materials.
