Heavy rainfall causes partial building collapse

WATERTOWN -- Heavy rainfall caused the roof of an old building on Washington St. in Watertown to partially collapse. The building with structural problems is vacant, but the building next door houses a bar. The bar has been evacuated.
Crews are demolishing the building immediately.
