MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One of the attorneys for a Muskego man charged with murdering his wife decades ago wants to challenge the criminal complaint filed.
John Bayerl was arrested last week in Florida.
His wife, Dona, disappeared in Muskego in 1979.
In court on Thursday, a judge granted a motion hearing for the attorney's request.
That's set for March 11th.
