MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new website has been created to help provide information about the COVID-19 vaccine in the Milwaukee area.
Healthy MKE provides resources like frequently asked questions, information about the vaccine phases and a connector tool.
The connector tool helps link Wisconsin DHS approved vaccinators with Phase 1A vaccine recipients.
"Our goal is not to duplicate efforts but to be able to connect to existing resources as it relates to COVID-19 work to make sure our community has facts and it is user friendly and delivered in a way that is in alignment with what our community needs," said Aziz Abdullah, co-founder of Impower, who helped create the website.
Those who are not in phase 1A can also sign up to receive alerts about the various phases.
