WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Several bike riders in Waukesha County honored a pediatrician killed last week.
Brian Yagoda, a husband and father of three, was killed last Thursday on Golf Road while riding a bike.
Deputies say a vehicle was going in the same direction as Yagoda when he was hit.
The bike ride on Friday covered 15 miles. People who took part say Brian will always be remembered as someone who cared for others first.
"He was extremely caring, he was extremely dedicated to his family. Other things you may not know about him is he was a motorcyclist which I am too so there was a connection as well," said Dr. Patrick Fitzgerald.
A funeral service will be held Saturday in Pewaukee.
A memorial fund has been set up at Waukesha State Bank.
