Hazardous Material Leak on Semi-Trailer Being Investigated

A minor hazardous materials leak was being investigated the Safety Weight and Enforcement Facility on I-94 South in Racine County on Tuesday night, according to Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
A State Patrol Inspector conducted a traffic stop on a semi hauling hazardous materials.
The truck was escorted to the facility for an inspection when the leak was discovered. It was contained within the semi trailer.
The Raymond Fire Department responded to the scene and determined that the hazardous materials were not dangerous and the public was not at any risk.
