Hartford Police's K9 unit surprises dog-loving girl at her home

The Hartford Police K9 unit surprised 7-year-old Emma Mertens at her home Saturday. Mertens, who is terminally ill, loves dogs.
Hartford Police said almost 40 different squads from the area and their dogs visited Emma on Saturday.
Emma and her family have received thousands of pictures of dogs and letters of support from all over the world.
