Hartford man on motorcycle arrested for third OWI Saturday afternoon

MILWAUKEE COUNTY (CBS 58) -- A 40-year-old Hartford man was arrested for his third OWI Saturday afternoon.
Lance Schnorenberg was arrested just before 4 p.m. after 911 calls of a motorcycle crash on I-41 south with an injured woman. Wisconsin State Troopers responded and determined the woman was a passenger on the motorcycle and sustained non-life threatening injuries.
The biker had been drinking, failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.
