WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin's new law that legalizes online sports betting is now facing a legal challenge.

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, a conservative organization known as WILL, has filed a lawsuit challenging Act 247.

That law allows sports betting online as long as the bets are made through a tribal casino.

WILL's lawsuit refers to the casino requirement as a sports gambling "monopoly" they say violates the state constitution.
