Greenfield Police reminding neighbors to lock their cars after string of break-ins

GREENFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Greenfield Police are stressing the importance of making sure you lock your doors after they say they've had 16 reports of vehicle break-ins in the past six days.

The department shared a video on their Facebook page showing a would-be thief trying to get into a car parked in a driveway, but because it was locked, they walked away.

Police say to make sure you remove your valuables, lock your cars, and secure your house.
