Green Alert canceled; missing veteran from Kewaskum located

KEWASKUM, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Officials say Eric has been located.

KEWASKUM, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Green Alert has been issued for a missing veteran at risk.

Officials say 45-year-old Eric John Burmeister of Kewaskum was last seen around 3:30 p.m. Nov. 9.

Family and friends are concerned for his welfare and say he may be on the way to his secondary property near Ladysmith, Wisconsin.

Eric is described as a white male, 5'9", 200 pounds, bald, with blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a green shirt that says "Unvaccinated Lives Matter," tan cargo pants and tennis shoes.

Authorities say he's traveling in a blue 2016 Ford F150 with the Wisconsin license plate 64052M.

The vehicle has a black sticker of soldiers raising a flagpole and a flag on the back window of the truck.
