ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Green Alert has been issued for an at-risk veteran missing from St. Francis. 

Police say 40-year-old Matthew Zens was last seen around 12:45 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 28 near S. Kinnickinnic and E. Koenig Avenue. 

Officials say Zens was a no-call, no-show at his place of employment Monday. 

His vehicle was last seen on Flock cameras at 7:32 p.m. Sunday near Q. Good Hope Road and N. Teutonia Avenue. 

Matthew is described as a white male, 5'11", 185 pounds, bald, with brown eyes. 

Police say his vehicle is a silver 2018 Toyota Camry with the Wisconsin license plate AAR5179.
