WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) – A common refrain among quilters is that mothers are like quilts, each one is beautiful and unique. It’s a concept Vickie Spiering is familiar with. She’s been working at the craft for more than three decades and has found it to be an activity that helps bond her daughter and her own mother in a way unlike any other.
