Gov. Evers orders flags to half-staff for Memorial Day, shares video message

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Governor Evers has signed an executive order ordering the flags of the United States and the state of Wisconsin to be flown at half-staff Monday, May 27, in honor of Memorial Day. 

The governor's office says the order will be in effect from sunrise to 12 p.m. Monday, May 27. 

Gov. Evers also shared a video message with the state, recognizing service members.
