Goodwill holding gown event Saturday, April 7

WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58)  – More than 100 brand new, designer bridal gowns, bridesmaid, and prom dresses will be available to try on and buy at Goodwill as part of the store’s gown event on April 7.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Wauwatosa Store & Donation Center, 12121 W. Feerick Street.

Goodwill says the dresses will be available at a fraction of the original retail price. There will also be another 100 donated gowns and dresses up for sale. 

In addition to the gown event, there will be a vintage bridal fashion show and wedding vendors will be on hand to help plan for the special day.

Vendors include Gigi’s Cupcakes, Ahem and More, Manda Sara Photography, Waukesha Floral, MEC Design Studio, Poblacki Travel Service, JC Penney Salon and Boston Store. Attendees can enter to win a special Bridal Goodie basket and there will be drawings for gift cards and prizes every half hour.
