GoFundMe page established for Ruthie

Funds are being raised by the Glendale Police Department and Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission for Ruthie, the emaciated pit bull recovered by the Glendale Police Department.  According to the MADACC Facebook page, the funds are being raised to cover medical expenses.   An MADACC vet did a full examination of the dog and found a significant heart murmur.   The exam also determined the dog is older than first thought.   According to the MADACC, the dog will undergo a full diagnostic work-up at the UW Vet School today.  The MADACC said the officer who took car of Ruthie still intend to adopt her no matter what the medical conditions may be.   Donations to cover Ruthies medical costs can be made to Friends of the MADCC or through a GoFundMe page at https://www.gofundme.com/x45nz4-ruthies-medical-expenses.  All donations go to Ruthie’s care.
