MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Fire Department responded to a fire early Friday, Oct. 3 at the building that houses Glorioso’s Italian Market, located on Brady Street. 

According to MFD officials, responders were called to the store’s address at about 3:30 a.m. and found the fire in the units above the market. No injuries were reported.

The Milwaukee Health Department was notified to evaluate whether the business can safely operate. The amount of damage has not been determined.

Glorioso’s posted on social media early Friday, "We will be closed today due to a fire at our store. We will continue to post updates when the store will be open."

The cause of the fire is under investigation, according to fire officials.
