Some young football players hit the gridiron today, learning tips and tricks from some of the pros.
Students participated in a free football camp at North Division High School in Milwaukee.
Former Packer Gilbert Brown hosted the event to help kids grow on the field and in life.
"To me, it feels like I can touch these kids, talk to them, try to steer them in the right direction. Something that I went through and the way I turned out and I wanted them to get the same type of knowledge I got when I was growing up," Gilbert Brown said.
The free camp started Tuesday and ends on Thursday. The morning is open to children ages 8 to 12-years-old.
The afternoon session is for kids 13-years-old to 17-years-old.
