GERMANTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- When your loved ones need a little extra help at home, you'll want someone like Germantown's Sheryl Thorstensen to look after them.
Thorstensen was just named Regional Caregiver of the Year after competing against more than 25,000 of her colleagues around the country within senior care conglomerate Right at Home.
Thorstensen joined CBS 58 Morning News virtually on Tuesday, May 18 to discuss the qualities of a top caregiver and how the industry has changed during the pandemic.
