Garden District students celebrate Lunar New Year with art display

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- If you thought Milwaukee was done celebrating the new year, think again.
On Friday, Jan. 24, Garden District students unveiled their new Chinese dragon art display to celebrate the Chinese New Year, also called the Lunar New Year.
The dragon represents good luck and good fortune in the new year.
