(CBS 58) – Halloween may look and feel different this year for many across the nation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
A new poll finds 63 percent of adults believe people will find creative, fun and safe ways to celebrate.
CBS 58 spoke with the public affairs manager of the National Confectioners Association, Carly Schildhaus.
