Frost heaves require repair and then repair of the repair

MILWAUKEE-Cars are bobbing up and down along South 60th Street near Oklahoma.

The road in both direction is so bad that they've put up rough road ahead signs to warn drivers.

 Michael Pyritz with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation says the safety hazards have required them to grind down a number of frost heaves along I-94 in Waukesha.

But that's just a temporary fix.

\"Where the road would've aligned itself, it's now a depression because we shaved that concrete off,\" Pyritz tells CBS 58. \"So we actually have to go back and repair the repair.\"
