Friendship Cafe and Bakery prepping meals, cookies to be served at NFL Draft

FOX POINT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- As we approach the start of the NFL Draft later this week, a local shop is making sure all visitors have their sweet tooth fix.
Friendship Cafe and Bakery in Fox Point spent the morning icing cookies and prepping meals that will be served in the hospitality hub in Titletown for the draft.
The company has long been an advocate for employing high school graduates with disabilities and providing them with the training and opportunities to not only help run a bakery, but essential skills that they can use at various jobs down the road.
"We're all about giving people with disabilities an opportunity for people to be productive members of society, and in that process, they get to make good products," said Levi Stein, president and CEO of Friendship Cafe and Bakery. "And when they know their products are going to be at the draft, how special is that?"
In addition to their preparations for the draft, the Friendship Circle and Bakery helps provide food for weddings, graduations, and other events all year round.
