OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- "Freddy the Frog" has been entertaining toddlers at the Oconomowoc Public Library "toddler time" for 40 years. This past month, 92-year-old volunteer Emalou Sandsmark, performed for the last time.
