Franklin Pizza Shop Manager Accused of Locking Teenage Waitress in Freezer

A Franklin pizza shop manager is accused of locking a teenage waitress in the freezer. Police say 28-year-old Chad Napierala admitted to several abusive acts from restraining her with wash towels and handcuffing her to shelves.
Napierala claims he was trying to help the high school junior who worked at Michangelo's Restaurant.
Napierala faces up to 12 years in prison if convicted.
