Franklin PD Looking for 'Missing Endangered' Man

The Franklin Police Department is looking for James Blume, a 54-year-old male who was last seen on Thursday, October 8.
Blume is described as 6’4 tall, 215 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in the area of South 68th Street and West Drexel Avenue in Franklin.
He was riding a black Nishiki mountain bike while wearing a grey sweatshirt, grey sweatpants and bright red tennis shoes. Blume was last carrying a red backpack.
Franklin Police are calling Blume a “missing endangered. If you have any information on his whereabouts please call the Franklin Police Department at 414-425-2522.
