Storms cause damage to trees and power lines in Waukesha County
FRANKIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Franklin man has been charged with pretending to be a cop and allegedly trying to pat a woman down.
Lucas VanEngen is facing charges of impersonating an officer and disorderly conduct after officers responded to a Franklin Walgreens.
According to the criminal complaint, VanEngen offered to help a woman who was having car trouble. He tried to pat her down but one of the woman's children told her not to let him.
VanEngen later drove the woman and her children home.
In a separate case, VanEngen has been charged with battery.
