Former Radio Milwaukee executive director facing sexual assault charge
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Former Radio Milwaukee Executive Director Jordan Lee was charged with first degree sexual assault of a child on Tuesday.
A criminal complaint outlines an email Lee sent to a therapist, in which he reportedly explains how he assaulted his wife and daughters.
According to the complaint, Lee describes a history of sexually abusing his wife and their oldest daughter, saying that over the last 10 years, he sexually assaulted his wife as she slept, but claimed he only did so in his sleep.
“For many years I have molested my (ex) wife in my sleep,” Lee said in the email.
He also reportedly admitted in the email that 13 to 14 years earlier, he woke up to himself sexually assaulting and touching his daughter inappropriately when she was 2-3 years old at their family cabin in Northern Wisconsin.

The complaint says he also included details of recent assaults he committed against his wife and youngest daughter, who was born in 2019.
“This past year, I can recall occasions where I molested my younger daughter,” Lee reportedly said in the email. “I would never think to do this under any circumstances, however I think I am mistaking my daughter for my wife.”
The complaint goes on to explain that police got in touch with Lee’s wife after the email, and that she told them their 6-year-old daughter woke up to Lee touching her when she was asleep.
Lee’s wife showed police text messages where Lee reportedly says, “I told her I must’ve had a dream that we were having a tickle fight.”
The complaint says Lee’s wife also shared an iPhone note that Lee shared with her that says, “I’ve carried one additional secret, one so shameful and disgusting that I have buried it into my subconscious.”
The note also reportedly says, “This happened more than one time,” and “I have sexually assaulted and molested my wife and daughters.”
A spokesperson with Radio Milwaukee sent the following statement to CBS 58 in response to the charge.
“We are horrified by the allegations included in the complaint that was filed today. Jordan Lee’s employment ended at Radio Milwaukee on July 23. We are sad and hurting for the victims and pray for their eventual healing.”
Lee has not been arrested at this time. Court records show an initial appearance is set for Aug. 10.
