FPC approves zero-tolerance racism, sexism policy for Milwaukee police, fire department

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee's Fire and Police Commission took a big step in dealing with racism and sexism Thursday night, Sept. 24.

It approved a resolution to implement a zero-tolerance policy regarding racist and sexist actions for the Milwaukee Police Department and Milwaukee Fire Department. 

The Common Council requires a report on the status of the zero-tolerance policy within 60 days.
