FOUND: Police locate 80-year-old tortoise

KENOSHA -- Kenosha police has reported the 80-year-old tortoise worth $4,000 has been recovered. The tortoise was stolen from a home on the 4700 block of 8th Ave. in the City of Kenosha.
Police say the 40 pound tortoise was stolen as it ate grass on the front lawn.
