Fall Art, Wine & Beer Walk Returns to Waterford This September
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Kevin Buelow was bound over for trial in Milwaukee on Monday morning.
He was once a teacher at St. Matthias Parish School in Milwaukee.
Buelow is charged with inappropriately touching two grade school students during tutoring sessions in the basement of the church.
In court, lawyers questioned the police officer who interviewed the young girls making the accusations.
"How was the initial disclosure made to an adult?"
"She told a few friends of the last two years or so, and then, she recently had told her mother and that was when the appointment was made to come in and report to me."
Buelow's attorney asked that the case be dismissed. That request was denied.
Buelow will be back in court October 25.
