Former State Rep. David Bowen will not seek recount for Milwaukee Common Council seat

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Former state representative David Bown says he will NOT seek a recount in the race for a seat on Milwaukee's common council.
This was the contest in last week's election that finished with Andrea Pratt winning by just 17 votes.
In a statement today, Bowen reaffirmed his belief in the ability and integrity of Milwaukee election workers, and he conceded to Alderwoman-elect Pratt.
