ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- New details have been released about the arrest of a former baseball coach in St. Francis. 

CBS 58 has learned 39-year-old Jeff Wuerl is accused of sexually assaulting a child. 

According to a complaint, the victim is a family member, but not a blood relative. 

The now 17-year-old victim told police the abuse started when she was seven or eight years old. 

In a letter to families last month, the St. Francis School District said Wuerl was released from all coaching responsibilities. 

He's expected in court Friday, June 13.
