MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Two former Milwaukee County prosecutors pleaded no contest to misconduct charges.
Antoni Apollo and Kristin Schank were fined $500. Last July, a police officer called the “Duty DA” line after a drunk driving arrest and Apollo answered, even though Schrank was supposed to be on duty.
Investigators claim Schrank wound up dismissing the drunk driving case because she was afraid she’d be found out.
Kristin Schrank refused to answer reporters’ questions as she left the court.
