Former Milwaukee Bucks Dancer Suing the Team

A former member of the Milwaukee Bucks Dance Team is claiming she was paid less than minimum wage.

Lauren Herington filed the federal lawsuit on behalf of herself and other Bucks’ dancers.

In the lawsuit, she lays out exactly how many hours she spent at games, practice, and workouts and claims when you divide that by the Bucks flat fee for each home game, practice, and special appearance it adds up to closer to $3.50 - $4.50 an hour, well below the state's minimum wage.
