Former Kenosha County Sheriff's Captain Appears in Court for Sexual Assault

A former Kenosha County Sheriff's Captain makes his first appearance on sexual assault charges.
A $10,000 cash bond was set today for 73-year old Clarence Mielke, who lives in Pleasant Prairie.
He is accused of assaulting a 50-year old mentally ill woman at Carey Manor, an assisted living center owned by his wife.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 16.
