MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Albert Capella, a former youth coordinator for FC Barcelona, is here in Milwaukee.
Capella has worked with the best players in the world, including Messi and Iniesta.
Thanks to the organization "Passion for Posession," Capella spend the afternoon working with players at Pewaukee Sussex United Soccer Club and explains that if you want to play like Messi, it starts with developing the person, not the player.
