MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Bucks held a ceremonial signing Tuesday morning to mark the substantial completion of the new Milwaukee Bucks arena, the Fiserv Forum.
Officials say the work on the new arena is finished ahead of its opening date.
Bucks President Peter Feigin was there along with representatives from Mortenson Construction and development firm CAA Icon.
"One of the great things is it is a journey so we really didn't know what ways we were going to pivot and where to get to we knew we certainly wanted to build an arena to build a district we want to get operating. but this has been unlike any experience i have ever had and other people on the team. very fun exciting rewarding and then fun is just beginning," said Bucks President Peter Feigin.
The Fiserv Forum is set to open on August 26.
